The Cottage
Affectionately named by its owner, this 1931 Georgian Colonial was built by E. L. Scholfield with solid materials, designed specifically for this site on the western shore of the Mystic River. Historically known as The Oldfields Estate, it has withstood the test of time and weather since 1931.
With 356 feet of direct waterfront, a 120-foot pier, and 5,926 sq ft of living space, the estate has been painstakingly cared for over the past two decades, with many upgrades implemented to reinforce and safeguard this historical estate without losing the elegance and stature of its character.

Come home to Mystic
The Mystic River empties into a sheltered harbor, past marinas and oyster beds and the last wooden whaling ship afloat. The village grew up around the water and never quite left it. Willow Point is the quiet side — set back from the drawbridge traffic, facing south towards Mystic Harbor and Fishers Island Sound beyond, close to everything and apart from all of it.
